Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and a variety of food items with precision and care
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and attention to detail
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
- Follow food safety protocols, handle food responsibly, and ensure compliance with health regulations




- Support food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, or baked goods as needed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction

Skills

- Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles with solid barista skills preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for smooth transaction processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving accurate change, and managing sales totals
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and adherence to food safety standards
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail during busy shifts
