Duties

- Take and deliver drink and food orders accurately while providing friendly, attentive service.
- Mix, garnish, and serve beverages including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing.
- Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area,



ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate special requests.

Requirements

- Previous restaurant experience with knowledge of food service operations preferred.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately.
- Experience in bartending or serving in the food industry is highly desirable.
