Duties

- Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions efficiently using Micros POS or similar systems.

- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages to keep the bar fully equipped during shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service in a quick-paced environment while managing time effectively.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending, serving, or food industry roles with strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cashiering.
