Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Technical Support Specialist to join our Fuel Tek team. In this role, you will be at the frontline for resolving complex technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless transition to the operations team. Your and the team's expertise will empower users from all provinces by troubleshooting hardware and software problems, guiding clients through on-site technical challenges in both English and French.

In addition, you will be stewarding the reporting and analysis for our customers to review on a daily, weekly and monthly frequency.

Responsibilities

- Provide bilingual technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of issues, working with our operations team and field technicians.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software problems related to operating systems dedicated to fuel stations, bulk plants etc.
- Manage support tickets efficiently and prepared to document incidents and track resolutions for customer reporting.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues involving software or asset failures.

Skills

- Fluent in both English and French with excellent communication skills for technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems including Excel.
- Basic Accounting knowledge and reporting anaylsis expertise.
- Familiarity with help desk procedures and customer service best practices to deliver positive user experiences
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues related to proprietary software from fuel stations is a plus.
