Duties

- Set up and maintain attractive bread displays according to schematics, ensuring products are fresh, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Supervise and coordinate with store staff to ensure proper merchandising, pricing, and stock rotation of bakery items.
- Monitor inventory levels, place replenishment orders, and manage stock levels to meet customer demand efficiently.
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and cashiering duties accurately.
- Implement marketing strategies by creating eye-catching visual designs using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to promote special offers or new products.
- Conduct regular store inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety standards, and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage administrative tasks such as pricing updates,



sales reports, and store management documentation with robust organizational skills.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal displays that boost sales momentum.
- Demonstrate leadership by supervising team members during shifts, training new staff on merchandising standards, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in retail or merchandising environments.
- Strong background in retail sales, customer service, and store management practices.
- Proficiency in visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for marketing materials.
- Knowledge of schematics for store layouts and merchandising plans.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with customers effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with merchandising principles specific to bakery or food retail is preferred.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and motivate others toward shared goals.
- Administrative experience including inventory management, sales reporting, and store operations oversight.
