In this role as a Floor Manager, supporting the team and maintaining a strong guest experience will be a key part of your responsibilities. You should be passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests while helping ensure smooth restaurant operations during service.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a Casual Fine Dining restaurant.
Bartending experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience with scheduling is an asset.
Experience in hiring is an asset.
A solid eye for detail.
Strong references.
A guest-first attitude.
A passion for supporting and developing a strong team.
A genuine love for the Service Industry.
