Are you enthusiastic about agriculture, sales, or business? Elmer’s Manufacturing is seeking a motivated and customer focused student to join our Sales Operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of agribusinees.

Availability: 4-month term starting in May

What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls to new leads, web inquiries, and tradeshow contacts
Respond to inquiries, document information, and assign to Territory Managers
Set follow-ups and appointments
Follow up on demos, quotes, and inquiries
Maintain accurate opportunity stages and customer records
Perform CRM audits (duplicates, missing data, stages)
Log all customer interactions in CRM
Assist with demos, tours, and events




Experience with outbound calling
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, Salesforce experience is considered an asset
Previous inside sales, customer service, or related experience
