Duties

- Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and baked goods following established recipes and quality standards
- Decorate cakes with intricate designs, fondant, icing, and other decorative elements to meet customer specifications
- Ensure all food handling practices adhere to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring ingredients, and assembling baked items
- Package finished products securely for display or delivery while maintaining presentation quality
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, notifying management of stock needs




- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and offering recommendations when needed
