- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- Support multilingual customers by communicating effectively in English and Spanish, ensuring a seamless experience for diverse audiences.




- Analyze customer needs through active listening to deliver tailored solutions that foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing high call volumes, ensuring each interaction leaves a lasting impression.

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; bilingual ability is highly valued.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Sales experience or familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette, active listening, and effective communication strategies to enhance customer interactions.
