As a sales specialist, we will train you on the specialty products in our store and guide you on how to interact with customers to provide the best customer service and advice to them. It simply starts with figuring out your customer's needs, and then matching those needs to the right products.

Both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to all customers
- Collaborating with upper management and team to achieve sales
- Merchandising and replenishing inventory in a timely fashion according to company's standard
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment consistent with company's standard
- Adhere to all Loss Prevention Policy and Procedure profiles
- Willing to work shifts that meet the needs of the business




- Willing to accept feedback, and take action as required

Qualifications:

- Minimum of High School Graduate
- 2+ Years of Experience in Retail / Customer Service preferred
- Flexible work hours and times
- Must be creative, enthusiastic, a very good listener, and have a keen eye for small details across the store

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Responsible and energy
- Proactive and organized
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Experience with cash handling and POS terminal is a plus
- Experience supervising employees is a plus
