Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs in a professional and energetic manner
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments
- Provide product demos and explain features to enhance customer understanding and encourage upselling opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to ensure products are well-presented and accessible
- Answer customer questions via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills




- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to support store presentation standards
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in cashiering or customer service roles involving technology sales or product demonstrations
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are essential for accurate transaction processing
- Solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to engage customers confidently and provide explicit information about products and services
- Experience in upselling or promoting additional products through effective sales techniques is a plus
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to meet store operational needs

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
