Full-Time Level II Dental Assistant – Orillia, ON

Colborne Dental is a friendly, patient-focused dental office in Orillia looking for a full-time Level II Certified Dental Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy chairside work and can also help at the front desk when needed, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

- Assist dentists chairside across general and restorative procedures, Oral Surgeries, Sleep dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, Roor Canal Treatments,
- Perform Level II intra-oral duties (e.g., coronal polishing, fluoride, sealants, impressions)
- Take and process radiographs, Intra Oral Photos and Scanner
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control standards
- Prepare operatories and support a smooth patient flow
- Help with front-desk tasks as needed: scheduling, patient check-in, insurance claims, and payments

What we're looking for

- Level II Dental Assistant certification (Ontario)
- HARP certification
- Current CPR/BLS
- Robust chairside skills and a warm, professional manner with patients
- A team player who is organized and reliable

Assets





- Dental front desk or administrative experience
- Familiarity with dental practice software (Dentrix and Recall Max )
- Experience with insurance billing and CDAnet claims

What we offer

- Full-time hours: Monday to Thursday from 9 Am to 6 Pm, Fridays 9 Am to 4 Pm (Availabilities Every other Saturday from 9-2 is not mandatory but will be a big asset)
