We are a globally distributed, engineering-driven team with 450+ employees across North America, Europe, and Asia.We are a Great Place to Work Certified company committed to an inclusive, values-driven culture that celebrates diversity and collaboration.What You'll DoSupport the planning, execution, and reporting of partner marketing and field events including in-person events, webinars, trade shows, dinners, and happy hoursExecute logistics across in-person, virtual, and hybrid events including venue, catering, attendance management, and onsite supportPartner closely with marketing, partnerships, and sales teams to deliver well-run events that drive engagement and pipelineWork in an execution-focused capacity with exposure to partner marketing strategy, vendor management, and post-event performance trackingSupport partner managers in tracking budgets and expenses, processing invoices and payments, and inventory for swag and event materialsHandle ad hoc requests to support the partner marketing functionDue to the nature of the role, flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and the ability to travel across North America are required.Who We're Looking For1-3 years of experience in Marketing, ideally in partnerships or eventsDegree in Marketing or relevant certificationsPassion for in-person and online eventsSelf-starter, proactive,



and eager to learnDetail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and experience coordinating eventsExperience coordinating end-to-end in-person and online events (setup, dry runs, live execution, post-event follow-up)Clear written and verbal communication for coordinating with internal teams and external partnersThrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapts to changing prioritiesBonus: experience in B2B SaaS, partner marketing, or willingness to travel occasionally for eventsAt AfterShip, we know excellent talent doesn’t fit every requirement.
