Could it be you?About the roleAs aPaymentsSenior Consulting Manager, you will make an impact by leading the end‑to‑end delivery, operations, and governance of the institution’s Zelle program. You will be a key member of the Digital Banking & Payments Partnerships portfolio, working collaboratively with product, engineering, fraud, operations, compliance, cybersecurity, and external vendor partners.In this role, you will:Lead the enterprise Zelle program, owning the multi‑year roadmap, operating model, and all business, technology, and risk outcomes.Drive large‑scale delivery across multiple streams (mobile/online banking, payments platforms, fraud systems, contact centre, compliance, and operations).Manage a$25M–$50Mprogram budget, including forecasting, value realization, vendor management, and financial reporting.Embed strong risk, controls, and compliance management across all Zelle processes, ensuring alignment with Zelle Network rules, fraud frameworks, and operational risk practices.Serve as the senior point of accountability for cross‑functional stakeholders, resolving escalations and ensuring seamless enterprise execution.Required skills:

The base salary for this position ranges between $126,000 - $148,000 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.Working arrangementsWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
