Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate emergency drills and training programs hospital-wide • Serve as Fire Marshal to ensure fire safety compliance • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners • Guide staff in risk assessment and response strategies • Ensure productive communication of emergency procedures

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management or related area • Certification in IMS is essential • Preferred: CEM or AEM certification • Effective organizational and analytical skills • Experience with emergency management software required
