As a full time Housing Stability Worker, you will engage with Indigenous populations, offering critical home support and addressing systemic barriers to housing. Key Responsibilities:
• Offer home-based support to promote housing stability
• Work with agencies to attain necessary resources

• Assist with accessing services and referrals

Requirements:
• At least 5 years collaborating with Indigenous organizations
• Relevant degree or diploma in social services
• Proven community-based experience in supportive roles
• Familiarity with barriers affecting Indigenous housing access
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid 'G' class license
