Food Service Supervisor NOC 62020
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Establish work schedules

Support for Youths
Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth
Offer mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth
Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth

Qualifications
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Wage: $16.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Language: English
