This permanent, full-time role supports youth by providing case management, crisis stabilization, and community connection. Under supervision, you will ensure program guidelines are followed, connect participants to supports, model positive behavior, and maintain confidentiality while working in a residential setting. Solid communication and writing skills are essential.
