Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Coffee Shop and Retail Manager, where you will lead the daily operations of a bustling coffee shop and retail space. Duties

- Supervise daily coffee shop and retail operations, including food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Micros POS or similar systems with accuracy and integrity
- Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Lead hiring efforts by interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members to build a motivated, customer-focused staff
- Train staff on food preparation techniques, beverage crafting (including barista and bartending skills), and customer service excellence
- Monitor inventory levels of food items, beverages,



and retail products; coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Enforce restaurant management policies, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a rapid-paced food service or restaurant environment with strong leadership skills
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cash handling and sales tracking
- Background in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Experience in restaurant management roles involving kitchen supervision, serving duties, and food handling procedures
- Familiarity with barista skills, bartending responsibilities, or beverage crafting is preferred but not mandatory
