Become a Security Agent at AIM Recycling, where your primary focus will be the security of our Montréal and Laval facilities. This full time role involves rotating shifts to ensure safety. Under the supervision of the Security Officers Supervisor, your tasks will include monitoring access, patrolling site areas, and providing exceptional service to visitors and employees. You will ensure compliance with safety protocols during incidents and prepare thorough reports. Your skills in crisis management, along with effective communication, will be critical in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Control access for visitors and staff
Patrol premises both on foot and driving
Deliver outstanding customer service
Intervene during safety incidents or threats
Document activities and incidents thoroughly Requirements:
High school diploma required
Valid security guard licensure
First aid certification enforced
Class 5 driver's license preferred
