Beach Corner Store is looking for a reliable and experienced Convenience Store Supervisor / Keyholder to join our team.
We are specifically looking for someone with previous convenience store, gas station, grocery store, or similar retail experience who is comfortable taking responsibility and, once fully trained, can operate the store independently.
Compensation
- Starting/training wage: $18/hour
- Up to $23/hour once fully trained and able to independently perform the responsibilities of the position
- Additional bonus available for candidates with proven convenience-store experience
- Wage may be negotiable for highly experienced candidates
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and qualified customer service
- Operate POS and handle cash accurately
- Process lottery transactions
- Open and/or close the store
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays
- Receive and organize deliveries
- Monitor inventory and identify items requiring restocking
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Work independently and handle day-to-day situations responsibly
- Assist with other store duties as required
What We're Looking For Previous convenience-store or similar retail experience is strongly preferred.
