Tasks/Job Duties

- Prepare full meals and individual dishes according to established recipes and food presentation standards;

- Store prepared and unprepared food items and maintain an inventory;

- Prepare kitchen for service periods;

- Uphold health and safety standards and regulations in the kitchen;

- Cooking, assembling, and plating dishes or components of dishes;

- Keep workstation clean and hygienic;

- Work with senior chefs for menu planning, kitchen supply and food inventory;

- Oversee and train other kitchen staff including line cooks and prep cooks.

Pay: $37.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
