We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated RIBO Licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

Position Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing an existing book of personal and commercial insurance clients while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a salary-based position for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced brokerage environment and has a strong commitment to client service and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Service and maintain a portfolio of personal and commercial lines clients.
- Provide professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service to all customers.
- Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, billing inquiries, and claims support.
- Process new business applications and policy changes through insurance company portals.
- Review policies and coverage requirements to ensure appropriate protection for clients.
- Follow company procedures to achieve quality assurance and productivity objectives.
- Process callbacks, submissions, correspondence, and incoming mail promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Work closely with insurance carriers,



underwriters, and internal team members.
- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and attention to detail.

Qualifications Required
- Valid RIBO Licence in good standing.
- Minimum 5 years of insurance brokerage experience.
- Strong background in personal lines insurance, with exposure to commercial lines considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
