Two positions available maybe three for Customer Service Representative – Newfoundland Puffin Co.

Full Time 30-40 hours per week| Evenings & weekends

Part-Time | 15–30 hours per week | Evenings & weekends

Newfoundland Puffin Co. is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and can provide excellent customer service in a fun retail environment.

What you’ll be doing

- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
- Helping customers choose products based on their needs
- Operating the cash register and processing transactions
- Restocking and organizing merchandise
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store
- Answering customer questions about products
- Following all store policies and age-verification requirements
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Working as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly

What we’re looking for:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset




- Vape/product knowledge is required
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Reliable and dependable
- Solid communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must meet all applicable legal age requirements for working with and selling age-restricted products

Hours:
- Approximately 30-40 hours or 15–30 hours per week
- Primarily evening shifts and every second weekend
- Flexibility to pick up additional shifts is an asset
- Bonus: ability to work both Paradise and Elizabeth ave locations

NOTE: Training will take place at our Elizabeth Avenue location.
