Level I or II Dental Assistant – Bedford Park Dental (Avenue Rd & Lawrence)

About Us

Bedford Park Dental is a trusted neighbourhood practice at 1566 Avenue Road in North Toronto, offering general and cosmetic dentistry, including whitening, implants and veneers. We're a close-knit team that values a calm, welcoming experience for our patients, and we're looking for a reliable Level I or II Dental Assistant to join us.

Schedule Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5 PM (one-hour lunch) One Saturday per month: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Closed Fridays and Sundays

What You'll Do

- Arrive before opening to prepare the office and operatories for the day
- Manage instrument sterilization and reprocessing, following infection prevention and control protocols
- Clean, disinfect and set up operatories between patients
- Assist the dentist chairside during a range of general and restorative procedures
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Help patients feel comfortable and informed during their visit
- Support the front desk when needed: answering calls,



greeting patients and helping with check-in/check-out

What We're Looking For
- Level I/II Dental Assistant (Ontario)
- HARP certification (required)
- Solid communication skills with patients and for handling phone calls
- Strong knowledge of sterilization and infection control
- Dependable, punctual and detail-oriented
- Friendly, transparent communicator who's comfortable helping at the front desk
- ABELDent experience is an asset but not required

Compensation Pay is commensurate with experience. Location Conveniently located at Avenue Road and Lawrence, accessible by TTC.
