Duties

Assist dentists during a variety of procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and orthodontic treatments, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilized efficiently.

Minimum3 years experience in Dental field necessary.

Manage patient flow by greeting patients warmly, verifying insurance information, updating medical histories, and scheduling appointments with precision.

Take high-quality digital dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Provide chairside support by handing instruments, suctioning, and maintaining a clear treatment area to facilitate seamless procedures.

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, post-treatment care, and preventive measures to promote long-term dental health.





Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software such as , Tracker documenting procedures and updates meticulously.

Support administrative tasks including answering phones as a dental receptionist, managing appointment reminders, and handling billing inquiries.

Experience

Previous experience in dental assisting is highly preferred; familiarity with clinical procedures and patient care is essential.

Proficiency with dental software platforms such as Tracker will help you hit the ground running.

Knowledge of orthodontics procedures enhances your ability to assist with specialized treatments effectively.

Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus, demonstrating your ability to create a comforting environment for children.

Basic knowledge of Digital Scanning tools can be advantageous for assisting with orthodontic appliances or digital impressions.

Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication abilities will enable you to excel in this multifaceted role.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
