Our neighbourhood dental practice in West Toronto is looking to hire a DENTAL RECEPTIONIST. We are a small office that has an amazing team. We are looking for someone to join us long term. Our ideal candidate has PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE as a dental receptionist with knowledge of the Autopia/Opus Software System . If you are comfortable with other dental software programs please feel free to apply as we will help train you on our system.

The ideal candidate is honest, reliable, has excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.

Please only apply if you have DENTAL RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE. We will only be hiring someone who has at least 1 year experience as a dental receptionist.

Duties include answering phones, scheduling patients, confirming appointments, communicating with insurance companies, managing accounts receivable, and processing payments.

Typical hours would be Monday-Thursday and alternate Saturdays, with Tuesday being a half day. This job is approximately 32 hours per week.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
