Position: Part time, with Potential for Full-Time Employment

Schedule: 20 hours per week, with flexible working hours based on the candidate’s availability and preference.

Compensation: $20 CAD per Hour

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative and technology-savvy Digital Marketing & AI Automation Assistant to support an established Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker with 20 years of industry experience.

Our goal is to expand our real estate and mortgage businesses using artificial intelligence, digital marketing, CRM automation and effective lead-generation strategies.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, results-oriented and capable of working independently while collaborating closely with the business owner.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Marketing Automation

- Utilize ChatGPT and advanced AI tools to create and execute marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities to automate marketing and administrative processes.
- Implement AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and generate business.

CRM Management & Lead Generation

- Manage and optimize our Follow Up Boss CRM.
- Organize and reactivate existing client databases.
- Create automated follow-up campaigns and email marketing strategies.
- Develop systems to generate qualified real estate and mortgage appointments.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile.
- Create engaging marketing content, videos and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Improve website visibility, SEO and online lead generation.

Performance & Business Development





- Monitor leads, campaign performance and appointment conversions.
- Prepare weekly marketing performance reports.
- Research new technologies and innovative marketing strategies.
- Recommend improvements to increase sales opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of ChatGPT and other AI-powered marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Canva and social media management.
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications

- Follow Up Boss experience.
- Knowledge of Zapier and AI automation.
- Real estate or mortgage industry marketing experience.
- Video editing and content creation skills.
