TW Employment Professionals — a new venture from TW Safety Consulting Services Inc., is seeking an experienced Director, Staffing Operations & Business Development, to lead the growth and day-to-day operations of our staffing agency.

This is a rare chance to shape a staffing business from day one. You will lead business development, recruitment, and operations, all while building the processes, standards, and service culture that will define how we work.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced staffing professional who can combine business development, recruitment leadership, operational management, and client relationship building . The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial growth while establishing the processes, standards and service culture required to build a successful staffing operation.

We are looking for someone who has done it before: managed client accounts, led recruitment teams, owned the P&L; — and who still loves the hunt. You are just as comfortable pitching a new client as you are solving a tough placement or closing a deal. As an early leader of this initiative, you will have considerable influence over how the business is built and operated.





Collaborating closely with the President & Director of North American Operations, you will serve as the agency's primary operational and business-development leader.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

- Drive new business development and client acquisition, with a focus on manufacturing clients in Southwestern Ontario
- Build and manage relationships with client executives and HR leaders
- Oversee permanent, contract and temporary staffing/recruitment delivery
- Prepare proposals, pricing and service agreements; lead contract negotiations
- Hire, lead and coach a team of recruiters and account managers
- Manage budgets, pricing, margins and key performance metrics (revenue, fill rate, retention, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with Ontario employment, health & safety and staffing-agency regulations
- Report directly to the President & Director of North American Operations

What You Bring

- 7+ years in staffing, recruitment or employment services, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success winning clients and growing a profitable staffing business
- Solid knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and staffing economics (pricing, markups, margins)
- Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and performance reporting
- Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills




- Ability to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario

Nice to Have

- Manufacturing-sector recruitment experience
- Experience launching or scaling a staffing branch/division with P&L; ownership
- CHRP, CHRL, RPR or similar designation
- Existing network of employers across Southwestern Ontario

Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 annual base salary, plus commission.
