We currently have an opening for a Truck Receiving Clerk at our Richardson port terminal in Sorel, Quebec .

This position is responsible for providing administrative support for truck receiving and shipping operations, as well as performing various administrative tasks, such as processing purchase orders, delivery slips, etc.

The Truck Receiving Clerk role is an entry-level, seasonal position for the fall-winter period.

Employment may continue as long as there is sufficient workload.

Responsibilities: Truck receiving and shipping; processing purchase orders.

Transaction management.

Sorting and printing purchase orders.

Data collection.

Other assigned tasks.

Qualifications: High school diploma or general education equivalent.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications, word processing, and data entry.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Fluency in French and basic spoken and written English skills.
