Job Summary

Join our dynamic kitchen team as a Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient food service environment. You will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Responsibilities

- Operate dishwashing machines and hand-clean kitchenware, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment efficiently and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, and work areas to meet sanitation standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and supplies to support meal service.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed diligently.
- Support the food handling process by adhering to food safety protocols and maintaining hygiene standards.




- Restock supplies and ensure all dishware and utensils are available for staff during service hours.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods by providing timely support.

Experience

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Familiarity with basic cooking, meal preparation, or food handling techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
- Experience with restaurant operations or kitchen experience helps in understanding workflow and hygiene standards.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions carefully while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
