This pivotal role reports to the Manager, Standards & Modelling, where you will lead the development of Alberta Reliability Standards (ARS). You'll engage with industry stakeholders and facilitate technical discussions that influence regulatory decisions and compliance strategies. The position offers a chance for leadership and mentorship within a robust team dynamic.

Key Responsibilities:



• Spearhead ARS development and continuous improvement projects • Collaborate on engagement strategies impacting stakeholders • Manage technical groups to tackle complex regulatory issues • Ensure clarity in technical, regulatory, and engagement materials • Guide compliance readiness for ARS implementation

Requirements: • 17+ years of electrical industry experience • Strong background in regulatory compliance and facilitation • Proven success in managing multi-faceted projects • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and rules • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and P. Eng. designation
