Esthetician - Brand: Cle De Peau The Esthetician provides esthetic treatments and services to client specifications and as per Holt Renfrew standards.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

· Provide facial and other skin treatments, using specialized products and techniques in accordance with department standards and client specifications

· Recommend appropriate products based on analysis of client needs

· Develop a personal clientele and build client loyalty

· Execute promotions as instructed by Sales Manager, including booking clients, setting up outposts and preparing special offers

· Follow up with clients on services offered

· Meet or exceed sales targets

· Send “Thank you” notes to all first time clients

· Ensure treatments are completed as per schedule in a thorough, professional manner

· Perform stock keeping duties as required





· Ensure cabins are kept neat and clean at all times

· Ensure all equipment is in good working order

· Work in partnership with (Designated) Beauty Advisors to ensure clients are booked to effectively maximize productivity

· Works collaboratively with all counters in the achievement of mutual goals

· Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements The ideal candidate:

· High School diploma

· Qualified make-up artistry training and aesthetics certification

· 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity The measures of success:

· Contribution to financial and customer growth objectives

· Individual objectives linked to the achievement of department goals

· Feedback from internal and external clients
