Job Description Overview: The client is looking for someone who carries the quality assurance practice across several ecosystems, rather than a resource assigned to testing for a single team.

The role is strategic first: design an end-to-end testing strategy, get it approved, then communicate it to the project leads of each workstream so delivery teams apply it.

Leadership is exercised through influence, supporting architects and teams, in close collaboration with the other QA analysts.

The mandate covers two distinct types of testing: integration testing, which requires understanding technical requirements, and configuration testing, which requires understanding business requirements, echoing the group insurance software packages listed as assets.

The tools named as required (JIRA, XRAY, Cypress, Playwright) anchor the strategy in concrete tooling.
