The Scarborough Campus Students' Union is recruiting part time polling clerks to facilitate the voting process during elections. Successful candidates will benefit from comprehensive training and should exhibit reliability, organization, and enthusiasm for the electoral process. Familiarity with SCSU’s policies will enhance your capability to fulfill responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in essential training regarding polling operations
• Ensure effective polling booth functionality




• Verify voter identities with accuracy
• Maintain ballot security and proper records
• Collaborate with election officers as necessary
Requirements:
• Must be a current UTSC student
• Experience in a polling role is desirable
• Strong reliability with minimal supervision needed
• Knowledge of SCSU Elections guidelines is advantageous
• Highly motivated with a passion for the election process
