Are you an experienced Shipper & Receiver looking for a stable day shift with a growing company? We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a regulated cannabis manufacturing environment. This is a full-time opportunity offering consistent daytime hours and the potential to move into a permanent position following successful completion of the probationary period.

What You'll Do

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying product quantities and documentation accuracy
- Create pick lists and coordinate order preparation
- Prepare outgoing shipments to customer and company standards
- Complete shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, placards, MPLs, and system transactions
- Safely load and unload trucks
- Operate forklifts, hand trucks, dollies, and other material handling equipment
- Troubleshoot shipping, receiving, and documentation discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of shipping and receiving experience




- Experience working in a regulated industry is considered an asset
- Valid forklift certification or in house training
- Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to provide a clear criminal background check

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, twisting, and crouching throughout the shift
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends when required
