As part of your responsibilities, you will conduct thorough assessments, create tailored care plans, and educate patients and families on the therapeutic process. Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct patient assessments to identify occupational needs • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans • Educate and support patients and families in their therapy journey • Attend interprofessional team meetings for team-oriented care • Supervise OT assistants and provide clinical guidance

Requirements: • Completion of a recognized Occupational Therapy program • Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario • Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred • Excellent communication and judgment skills • Commitment to Person Centered Care principles
