Reset Hydrotherapy is looking for an Experience Coordinator to help create a welcoming, clean, organized, and professional environment for our clients. This role combines customer service, facility operations, and wellness/recovery support within our cold water therapy, sauna, contrast therapy, and red light therapy facility.

Responsibilities

- Greeting and assisting clients throughout their experience
- Opening and closing the facility independently
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Monitoring room turnover and appointment flow
- Assisting with water maintenance, sanitation, and facility upkeep
- Answering questions and helping guide clients through services
- Handling bookings, memberships, and general administrative tasks
- Supporting overall client experience and daily operations

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Experience in wellness,



fitness, hospitality, pools/spas, or client-facing environments is an asset
- Experience with cleaning protocols, chemicals, or water systems is an asset
- Interest in wellness, recovery, health, or performance
- Comfortable in a rapid-paced environment managing multiple responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about creating a great experience for every person who walks through the door. Pay: From $18.00 per hour
