We are seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenter / Metal Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining metal roofing systems and various carpentry projects across commercial and residential sites. Your expertise will ensure high-quality craftsmanship, safety compliance, and timely project completion.

Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install metal roofing panels using hand tools and power tools with precision and efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of roofing and carpentry tasks
- Perform heavy lifting of materials, equipment, and supplies safely to support construction activities
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weatherproofing and insulation of roofing systems
- Conduct routine inspections of completed work to verify quality standards and identify any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Utilize handyman skills for miscellaneous repairs, adjustments,
or modifications as needed in office
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, chisels, and measuring devices
- Extensive construction experience with a focus on carpentry and roofing projects
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading to accurately interpret project plans and specifications
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper posture and technique
- Skilled in caulking applications for weatherproofing purposes in roofing systems
- Previous handyman experience is a plus for versatile task handling
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
