Premium Flatbed Specialist Company looking for an experienced Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator

Duties

- Coordinate and schedule flatbed shipments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and delivery timelines

- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to track freight movements, update statuses, and optimize routes

- Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, and clients via multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette

- Analyze shipping data to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and improve overall logistics efficiency

- Manage shipping & receiving activities, verifying freight details and coordinating with warehouse teams

- Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, shipment statuses, and related documentation for audit purposes

Skills

- Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS),



AVAAL, for order processing and tracking

- Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, 3PL (third-party logistics), and freight operations

- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy in typing and record keeping

- Analytical skills to interpret shipping data, identify issues, and recommend solutions

- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams

- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with familiarity with analysis tools used in logistics management

Pay: $30,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
