Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of catering dishes with precision and creativity, ensuring consistency and quality in every meal
- Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to meet client specifications and dietary requirements
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and safety regulations
- Serve food efficiently at events or service stations, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation and ensure smooth service flow




- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure all ingredients are available for upcoming events

Experience

- Proven food service experience in a catering, restaurant, or hospitality setting with a focus on meal preparation and cooking
- Robust knowledge of food handling safety standards and best practices in the food industry
- Experience in serving large groups or event catering is highly desirable
- Skilled in food preparation techniques across various cuisines and dietary preferences
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and sanitation procedures required for professional cooking environments
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment demonstrating teamwork and adaptability
