About the Role

We are looking for a painter who knows the trade and takes pride in delivering quality work. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of skilled painting experience and is confident with cutting, rolling, surface preparation and finishing.

You should be able to work independently, follow instructions, maintain a clean work area and complete jobs efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

- Interior and exterior painting
- Excellent cutting and rolling
- Surface preparation, including sanding, scraping, patching and caulking
- Priming and painting different surfaces
- Brush, roller and spray application when required
- Protecting floors, furniture and surrounding areas
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Following project specifications and company standards
- Working efficiently while maintaining quality
- Working professionally with customers and other crew members

Requirements
- 2+ years of professional painting experience
- Strong cutting and rolling skills
- Good knowledge of surface preparation




- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Professional attitude
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation is strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel to different job sites throughout the GTA
