This role focuses on Front Office support for Repo and Secured Funding trading systems within a Capital Markets IT environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and UNIX/Linux skills with experience supporting live Fixed Income trading environments.

What you bring Experience with Repo products or strong knowledge of Fixed Income financial products Extensive experience supporting a live Fixed Income trading environment Proven experience working with financial software in Capital Markets Robust SQL skills, including complex queries, data troubleshooting, and analysis UNIX/Linux knowledge with the ability to read system logs and understand error messages Understanding of IT architecture and Front Office trading systems Strong communication skills with the ability to understand trader requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,



high-pressure trading environment Fluent English French is a plus Ability to start at 7:00 AM to align with US market hours What you''ll do Provide first and second level support for Repo and Secured Funding trading systems Provide direct Front Office support during trading hours Handle incidents end-to-end, including ticket management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and resolution Conduct support investigations and root cause analysis Report incidents, outages, and system errors promptly Provide application support for assigned RSF trading systems and related projects Gather and analyze new requirements from business users Participate in release management activities Support system analysis, development, implementation, and ongoing support Coordinate with development and IT teams Nice to have Experience with PnL recomputation and reconciliation Experience with APEX or Orchestrade platforms
