Overview We are seeking energetic and vigilant Permanent Full Time and Part Time Security Guards to join our team.

In this role, you will be the frontline of safety, responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access, conducting surveillance, and preventing loss or theft.

Your proactive approach will help ensure a secure environment for clients, visitors, and staff alike.

Duties Monitor security cameras (CCTV) to oversee property activity and identify potential security breaches Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, coordinating with emergency responders when necessary Perform surveillance activities to detect suspicious behavior and prevent loss or theft Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting security concerns proactively Experience Prior experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable Knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and electronic security tools Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques and procedures Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally Good communication skills for effective reporting and interaction with team members and the public Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to creating protected environments through active vigilance, advanced technology, and exceptional service NOUS EMBAUCHONS MONTRAL! Benefits: Flexible schedule Life insurance On-site gym On-site parking Profit sharing Vision care Wellness program Work Location: In person Requirements Responsibilities: Generate new business through cold calls, warm leads, emails, and networking Make 80+ calls per day and book at least 8 meetings per week with prospects Close sales and ensure successful onboarding of new clients Oversee post-sale operations including hiring, training, and scheduling guards Ensure staff coverage, monitor attendance, and handle emergency staffing requests Collaborate with the Regional Manager and National Director on growth strategies Manage client invoicing and follow up on payments Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Track client needs and tailor security service solutions accordingly Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of sales experience or a strong desire to build a career in sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and within a team Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to meet targets Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools Security industry experience is an asset but not required Must be able to travel locally to meet clients in person.
