• Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs for residential construction • Develop budgets and monitor costs against estimates • Maintain a pricing database for labour and materials • Work with management on trade partner selection • Support multi-department initiatives to enhance product offerings

Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience in estimating residential construction • Strong skills in reading architectural drawings • Familiarity with Brix and Build Pro software is a plus • Excellent analytical and math abilities • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
