Diagnosing, resolving, or escalating support tickets, resetting passwords, and setting up user access.

Participating in the transition to new internal tools and keeping documentation up to date.

Tracking IT hardware inventory, preparing workstations, and recommending initial-level purchases.

Providing occasional support at other regional sites.

Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role. DEC or AEC in IT (or equivalent).

Proficiency in Windows environments, Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and ticketing systems.

Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, WAN/LAN, DHCP, etc.).

Customer service-oriented.

Valid driver''s license (for occasional travel).
