Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Field Network Technician, where you will play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecommunication and network infrastructure in various field environments. Duties

- Install, configure, and repair telecommunication equipment, including fiber optics, switches, routers, and low voltage systems.
- Operate bucket trucks and forklifts safely to access elevated or hard-to-reach areas for equipment installation or maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections of network infrastructure to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Use welding and electrical experience to troubleshoot and resolve complex system faults, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Manage telephony systems and Wide Area Network (WAN) connections to optimize communication flow across sites.
- Perform low voltage wiring, cable management, and bucket operation tasks with precision and safety awareness.
- Document all work performed accurately in reports and logs,



maintaining detailed records of network configurations and repairs.

Requirements

- Proven experience working with telecommunication systems, WAN networks, or related infrastructure projects.
- Ability to operate bucket trucks, forklifts, welding equipment, and other specialized tools safely.
- Robust electrical background with knowledge of low voltage wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and system integration.
- Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with a focus on safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks.
- Valid certifications for forklift operation, bucket truck operation, welding (if applicable), and electrical work are highly preferred.
- Knowledge of telephony systems and network infrastructure is essential for success in this role.
