Techmation Electric & Controls is looking for an experienced Field Operator to join for our Fort St John branch. Individuals must be knowledgeable about current OH&S; legislation, and conversant with the industry standards and practices of today’s safety-focused Oil & Gas sector. This is a home every night based out of Fort St John. Candidates must live within the Fort St John region to be considered.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years Oil and Gas sour field operating experience is required.
- HVP/LVP, pigging and sampling, Meter proving, Scada, Procedure review and writing are an asset
- H2S Alive and First Aid certificates are a requirement
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work within a team environment
- Must be self motivated with the ability to work alone and complete routine tasks
- Preference will be given to applicants with Ltd company and truck
- Applicants must live within the immediate Fort St John area
