About Us

Magic Palace is a family entertainment centre in Vaughan featuring an indoor soft play area, arcade games, and birthday parties. We're looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our floor staff.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist guests; answer questions about games, attractions, and pricing
- Verify signed waivers before entry; issue wristbands to guests
- Check guests for grip socks and wristbands in the soft play area
- Patrol the floor regularly; enforce safety rules and stop any unsafe behaviour by children or adults
- Keep the front desk staffed at all times (1–2 staff); stay attentive to guests even during slow periods
- Monitor arcade machines; report malfunctions to management
- Assist with birthday parties as needed (setup, guest check-in, cleanup)
- Keep the play areas, seating, and front desk clean and tidy
- Handle payments accurately and explain all fees and policies clearly before guests pay





Requirements
- Excellent customer service attitude — professional, patient, and calm under pressure
- Able to work weekends — at least one day (Saturday or Sunday) per week
- Able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions independently
- Comfortable standing for long periods and engaging with children
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Prior customer service or childcare experience is an asset, but not required
