Calgary / Hybrid | Commission + Potential Equity Path

I’m looking for an entrepreneurial salesperson who wants to help build the commercial side of a growing human performance and executive coaching company.

The immediate mission is straightforward: find companies and executives who need what we offer and get them into our programs.

You will generate leads, prospect organizations, open conversations and build relationships. I will work directly with you on qualified opportunities and help close business.

What We Sell

Executive performance programs, corporate workshops and coaching focused on adaptability, decision-making, creativity, cognitive performance and performance under pressure.

Our flagship four-week program is approximately $1,500 per person or $15,000 for a 10-person corporate cohort.

Compensation

25% commission on collected revenue you originate, with uncapped earning potential.

A $15,000 corporate cohort = $3,750 commission.

As revenue grows, we will invest in marketing, lead generation and building the sales infrastructure around you.
